Three years ago, my mom passed away, and my dad is partly paralyzed. I have to take him back to Canada in Vistor visa, that was most difficult and helpless time in my whole life. I was sent back home in 2015 after losing my status. Ms. Wang was the consultant of the company I applied for before going back home she exerted all her efforts to get hold of me as she was about to process a LMIA for me. To cut it short, she was able to brought me back in 2016 and immediately there after she worked on my application for PR, 9 months after got approved and was able to get my family here exactly 1 year after my comeback. It was a happy and sad milestone as my son was not included in the application because he was over the dependency age at that time of the application. Few months later the law changes but our application was already concluded. I applied for a visit visa for my son and fortunately he was given one. Since then he would come and visit us. Ms. wang since we have built a friendship promised to help my son too, and true enough he was able to work on changing his status from visit to working.

Jully and Demi were very nice and helpful in my case!!! First of all, they helped me to get a new work permit after I lost mine earlier than it should because of some negligence from a previous agency.
Secondly, after they took my case of PR already applied, they were always aware of what was happening with it and why it was taking so long (1 year and a half).
Thirdly, they were supportive about all I had to do once IRCC started to request more information about me to process my PR, helping me a lot on continuing everything even after having the issue of losing my Passport.
